Our Open Meets

We run 4 licensed open meets each year. The City of Southampton Open Meet in March (Level 2), the Summer Splash Open Meet (level 3) at the end of July, the James Moreno Open Meet in October (Level 2), and the Christmas Open Meet in December (Level 3). Full details of all can be found below.

The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex is a superb venue for these meets. The 25m pool is a fast competition pool which has hosted the WISE International as well as numerous County, Disability and Schools events. 2015 Southampton Summer Splash Open Meet - Sunday 26 July (3SE150105)

2015 James Moreno Open Meet - Licensed Level 2 - Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October (2SE150634)

2015 Christmas Open Meet - Licensed Level 3 - Sunday 13 December (3SE150635)

Entries for this meet will be accepted on a 'first come, first served' basis. It is anticipated that this Meet will take place before the close date for Hampshire County Championships entries.

2016 City of Southampton Open Meet - Licensed level 2 - Sunday 13 March (2SE160008)

Local information:

We have put together some information that you may find useful if you are attending one of our meets for the first time and are unfamiliar with the city.

Southampton has first class transport links; the railway station is just 15 minutes walk away from The Quays and links the city to numerous destinations including Southampton International Airport. The National Express Coach Station is even closer. There is plenty of paid parking in the vicinity for those travelling by car. The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex is just a 5 minute walk away from one of the South’s premier shopping attractions, the West Quay Shopping Centre and IKEA.
